	<description><![CDATA[<p>Chocolaterie Hovby No 9 is a Swedish Chocolatíer situated in the southern part of Sweden not far from Copenhagen.<br />
They use couverture from Michel Cluizel and are regognized as one of the best chocolatiers in Sweden.<br />
Recently there was a documentary about this chocolatier and the lady behind it on a national Swedish TV-channel. I missed that program and have never tried their products.<br />
