Hi! Thanks for the advice. The lines are very fine and I need to cover just them with enough chocolate so that they stick out, I can't let the 2nd color of chocolate have any of the 1st kind. It is hard to explain. Is there a way to attach a picture here?
Thanks!
Ilana

Hi! Does anyone have advice as to the best way to "paint" fine lines on a chocolate mould? If I have a design, say a leaf, on the bottom of the mould, and I want it to stand out from the rest of the chocolate and thereby have it white on a dark choc background, or vis versa, what is the best most even way to do it? I tried with a paint brush - a very fine tipped one -but the coating was either too thin, or in other places too thick...
Thanks,
Ilana
