	<description><![CDATA[<p>Normally I store the leftover truffles in a sealed plastic box and put them in the fridge.  But after a while, water vapor always appear inside the box and make the truffles wet (I never open the box until taking out from the fridge and returned to room temperature).  </p>
<p>What can I do with this situation?</p>
