	<description><![CDATA[<p>You can also make your own cocoa butter paint.  We did this on Sunday for our trial run of truffle eggs for Easter.  </p>
<p>Just melt some cocoa butter and add some powdered food coloring.  Let is set for a few minutes to fully hydrate the food color, else you will get little dark specks.</p>
<p>I will post a few pictures of our product when I get home.</p>

	<description><![CDATA[<p>Hi all<br />
I use polycarbonate molds and like to make filled chocolates for friends. I would like to get more artistic and paint the molds before I pour in my coating layer so the tops look cool.</p>
<p>I use only couveture chocolate so:<br />
1. Where can I buy a high quality 'paint' (food color?) for chocolate?</p>
<p>Any suggestions or tips would be appreciated</p>
