Not quite sure if this is the most appropriate forum for this question, but here goes...
What UK legislation do I need to consider re. selling truffles with a significant alcohol content?
I'm thinking of starting up making and selling truffles to a couple of fairly booze-heavy recipes, and whilst I've been able to get answers to all my other questions about the business and hygiene side of things, I've so far drawn a blank on this. May be one for trading standards, but I thought I'd see if anyone here had an idea.
