Well the person will work for me, a new start up chocolaterie. Am looking for more than an apprentice as the person would need to be very hands on.

I find it incredible that with so much interest in chococlate in the UK that there are so few poeple who actualy make it. More importantly who work in the sector.
What a shame!!
