Hi all,
I want to start a small home based business making quality chocolate to sell at my local market.
There is sooooo much to learn, I have so many questions and would like a mentor to volunteer his/her experience, advice, best suppliers etc…
can anyone help?

Just to be clear, do you mean that you want to actually make chocolate (from the beans) or that you want to make chocolates (truffles, covered chocolates, etc.)?

Well, I don’t know anyone in Australia doing that, but if you don’t find anyone here after some time, then try eGullet.com. They have a Pastry & Baking section with some people who are very knowledgable about making chocolates (plural).
