my name is jonathan, and i have worked as a chef for over ten years in the uk/france/italy/greace/and spain. I have trainned in all aspects of pastry and suger work aswel as chocolate, i am by no means at the same level of some of the chocolatiers who i have heard of but i do enjoy working and tasteing chocolate and making my own.

I am about to open a small shop in north yorshire,uk making hand crafted pralines, truffles and tasting bar aswel as other ideas.
i would very much like to hear from anyone who may know of uk bases or other companys who sell all the diffrent high quality bars that you may have tasted and any thing that may help me on my way to inproving my skills . thank you jonathan.[:)]
