i was wondering if any one can give me some tips on how to get into chocolatier work i have been working as a pastry chef for about 10 years last year i went and did a chocolate sculpting course in germany and from then on my love for chocolate making has grown at the end of this year i plan to go the nottter pastry school and do chocolate course then i will be look for work 2006 i and to work for a good chocolatier. i've look on the net but i have not seen any jobs
