Hi

I’ve been asked to write people’s names on blocks of chocolate. I’m worried that if I write in chocolate on completely cold (and ‘set’) chocolate, it’s going to later crack off. [:(]

Does anyone know if this will happen or not? And if it will, what can I use instead?

I’m going to begin my own experiment shortly but would appreciate knowing about any of your experiences.

Thank you!

Thank you!

Oh great, thanks Bala! The tests I did myself haven’t cracked off either so I think I’ll be ok!

Thank you!

Thank you!
