I finally did a rough draft of a business proposal. The organization I am pursuing a grant from said it was well done. Now I am onto step 2 and that is my business plan. I have contacted StatsCan (Canada) and they have not been to helpful. So now I am appealing to 70% Chocolate. Does anyone know of anyplace that has worldwide chocolate stats such as consumption per capita of various countries etc.. I am looking at any kind of statistic for now. Also, for those who have their own shops can you tell me if you broke even in the first year and any other experiences that might be helpful for a start up.

About Continuum
