I would like to setup a commercial website but at the same time, I would like to include history and knowledge about chocolate and cocoa as well in order to educate my customers. Where can I get the information legally?

There are plenty of stock photographer resources that you can use. Just do a search for stock photographs on Google or any other search engine and I’m sure you will find some vendors. It all depends on the types of pictures you want. You didn’t specify the types of photos you are looking for specifically but a stock photographer (or two or three) should get you a going.
