In part posted under another topic too, but through someone you know, you may be in a position to help change the fate of fine chocolate availability internationally.

Anyone know where I could find someone who is qualified to be R&D manager of a large multinational confectionary company’s fine chocolate section?

Its a fantastic job looking after all Fine chocolate markets internationally from both the technical, creative and business angles.
