Hi,
I am looking for a chocolatier to work with me in a chocolate business I have recently started. I am in the manchester area. Does anyone know the best place to advertise for an experienced chocolatier? Is there a particular magazine or website which might be best?

HI Why dont you teach your staf by inviting the Artisan Chocolate Workshop
and they are fully mobile they come to you to your kichen and there all your staf will learn how to make chocolate.
