Hello. I am looking for some formal chocolate training in the United States. So far my only option seems to be the Ewald Notter school in Orlando Florida. Does anyone know of any others? thank you[:D]

norman love also runs some classes, but you’re probably at least 6 months out. you’ll also do well to contact any local culinary schools and inquire into their pastry arts program. large schools (CIA, johnson/wales, etc) have programs, but don’t discount your smaller technical institutes as well.
