Hi
Can anyone offer any advice. I want to make chocolate! At first in my kitchen then who knows. I am struggling to find a good step by step guide that really explains clearly what I need in the way of equipment and ingredients. I do want to get started but don’t want to buy things I don’t really need at this stage.
Would be very grateful for any help.
