Hi Phil
I would recommend speaking to someone at Business Link. They are so helpful and are there to help people who want to set up in business. They have all the legal stuff and stuff about setting up in business (not really stuff about chocolate specifically) but they have ‘cobweb’ factsheets etc on Chocolatiers. Check out the website (www.businesslink.gov.uk) and then give them a call. It’s all free!!!
Good luck – you can do it!
Thank you!

Hi Phil, Business link is a really good place to start also try the Princes Youth Trust they might have some business start up grants available. There really isn’t a lot of info out there specific to starting a chocolate business it’s really trial & error. Good luck
