I’ve got a couple of my staff enrolled on a course with Mark Tilling at Squires Kitchen. I’ve got high hopes of getting some decent knowledge brought back to my department to help take us forward, but I was wondering if anybody has had dealings with Squires Kitchen or Mark Tilling in the past, and what your opinion is of them?
Any input would be much appreciated.

The best professional courses i can recommend are run by ZDS in Germany. They run courses from beans to chocolates.
