I’ve got a couple of my staff enrolled on a course with Mark Tilling at Squires Kitchen. I’ve got high hopes of getting some decent knowledge brought back to my department to help take us forward, but I was wondering if anybody has had dealings with Squires Kitchen or Mark Tilling in the past, and what your opinion is of them?
Any input would be much appreciated.
