Not sure if anyone is interested, but next Tuesday 26th July we are running a course on Starting a Chocolate Business.
The course is mainly practical – so you will learn how to temper chocolate and produce filled & moulded chocolates, you will also learn about shelf life, machinery, trading standards, packaging, etc, etc.
It is being held at the Barry Callebaut Academy in Banbury (UK). It starts at 9am and finishes at 5pm – the cost is £120.
We have just had a cancellation and there is one place left. Any one interested? If so, drop me an email asap to [url="mailto:"]chocshop@aol.com[/url]

Hi,
I’ve just recently discovered this site, and unfortunately have missed this course. I’d be very interested in any other courses that you run, could you send me some more details please.

The next time we are running this course in Banbury is on Thursday 25th August. We still have a couple of places. We are also running a two-day course in Manchester on 15th & 16th September. I’m really interested in the extended two day course running in September, do you have confirmation of price details etc, and are you compiling a list of attendees as yet?

The two-day course is £285 inc VAT but excluding accommodation – we still have a couple of places – please drop me an email to chocshop@aol.com if you would like to see the full programme and details of hotels in the area.
This course is really inspiring as it is held in a purpose-built teaching facility above a chocolate factory & retail outlet.
