Hi Everyone

I am pleased to confirm that the 2008 UK Chocolatiers Conference will be held on Monday 21st July at Westminster Kingsway College in London.

Although we are still finalising the list of speakers, the line-up so far is as follows:

* Willie Harcourt-Cooze (subject to filming commitments)
* Damian Allsop – Damian Allsop Chocolates
* Jacek Sikora – Chocoffee – one of Poland’s leading chocolatiers
* Giles Speid – Westminster Trading Standards
* Geoffrey O’Brien – Sales agent for fine food and former chocolate shop owner

I will post further details, shortly.

As in previous years, we are confident the conference will prove to be both inspiring & informative, as well as a wonderful opportunity to network with fellow chocolatiers in the industry.

Tickets include lunch & refreshments and cost £135 plus VAT per person (£158.63 inc VAT)

You can book online at http://www.homechocolatefactory.com
