I don’t know much about it, but came across an advertisement for the forthcoming Chocolate Rush.

Bendigo (Country Victoria, Australia) will be holding the inaugural Chocolate Rush Festival on the weekend of Saturday 4 & Sunday 5 August 2007.

Hello, I am entered in the competition associated with chocolate rush. I think this is their first time doing a show but anything that promotes good chocolate and informs people on how to tell the difference between chocolate quality is great. Hope to see you all there if you are in this part of the world.

Chocolate Rush is being held again in 2008 – this year in Melbourne. The Australian Chocolate Championships will be run during the festival as well.
