Hi all--

We added a Monday roundtable as well, for anyone who's going to be in the Bay Area for SFN or just in general. Hope to see you there!

2008 US Artisanal Chocolate Makers Roundtable

What exactly does it mean to be an artisanal chocolate maker in the United States today? Join us for a wide-ranging discussion of the state of US chocolate making and its short and long-term development prospects. We’ll be tackling issues of environmental and social justice, crop health and development, fine chocolate production, changes in the marketplace, and much, much more.
