What exactly does it mean to be an artisanal chocolate maker in the United States today? Join us for a wide-ranging discussion of the state of US chocolate making and its short and long-term development prospects. We’ll be tackling issues of environmental and social justice, crop health and development, fine chocolate production, changes in the marketplace, and much, much more.
