There are many patrickli - you might want to indicate where you're going, and see if anyone here knows of some in those areas. I've been to choc musuems from cologne to brussles to pennsylvania..

I've heard of chocolate museums in Japan, Korea, Brazil, USA, Canada and more than 30 all over Europe.
Problebly the two best museums in Europe (and the World) are Imhoff-Stollwerck Museum in Cologne (Germany) and Choco Story in Brugge (Belgium). Cologne is not far from Belgium.

I visited one in Barcelona. Ok. Lots of chocolate sculptures and some historical info. Bought Chocovic and Enric Rovira there.

Patrik! I was not able to send you a mail due to problems (the mail was returned). You have so many questions and the best way to get answers is to post them at this forum.

The Barry Callebaut link is not working for me. In the top menu choose Chocophilia and then Museums & events (left menu).

There is a chocolated museum in Brussels - it has some interesting information and you get a very quick chocolate making demonstration - Worth a visit if you are close by ...it could do with a makeover though. Callebaut is all over it.
