Is anyone organising anything for chocolate week outside of London?

I am on the wirral (between Chester and Liverpool) and would love to participate / maybe even organise. The local chamber of commerce is v supportive and would like to help organise something. Anyone have any ideas of what could be done with not many chocoltiers in town?
