A whole weekend is devoted to chocolate, with the prestigious brands on the Italian market. Cioccolosità, from 28 to 30 January 2005 in Monsummano Terme, in the Pistoia province, is organized by Slow Food and the Monsummano Terme administration. This is nearby Pisa in Tuscany and not that far from Florens (Firenze).
Meet famous Italian chocolatiers like DeBont and Slitti. In Chantal Coadys book “Real Chocolate” you can find a few of Paul DeBonts recepies.
