Chocolate Champion: Man With A Mission
William Curley – the UK’s ‘Chocolatier of the Year’ will talk about his career and his mission to improve the market for quality chocolate in the UK with his recent acquisition of the Chocolate Society.
A presentation and discussion of trading standard issues affecting chocolatiers, including labelling, classification of fair-trade & organic products, regulations concerning packaged goods, etc.
