I just want to recommend you Eurochocolate Perugia.
From 15th to 23rd October 2005 Eurochocolate welcomes everyone in Perugia, where it will be the inalienable appointment for all the greedy people. The 2005 edition of Eurochocolate has adopted a provocatory claim: Chokolate Revolution. The idea is to use the chocolate as a way to change the habits, stimulating in a positive way people’s way to think the life. If you are chocolich, like me, you can’t lack!!!

I’m having difficulty finding english versions of the detail pages about the specific events, for example, ChocoFarm, Pralineria Copernica, etc., which are found on [url="http://www.eurochocolate.com/en/perugia2005/eventi.html?"]this page[/url].
Do you know where this detail information might be located in english? Regrettably, the language of Dante is greek to me.
Also, can anyone who has attended speak to the variety & quality of vendors displaying at the trade show – is the variety there alone enough to make a business trip worthwhile for an American retailer?

I’ve never attended Eurochocolate but there are better option in Europe. Eurochocolat is not an optimal choice for an American retailer acording to my opinion.
