This year again in Monsummano Terme near Prato, Toscana, most of the artisan choc makers of Tuscany and Italy are gathering. Domori, DeBondt, Bonaiuto and the Chocolate Valley’s small firms (a dozenful) like Slitti are exposing. Tasting of organic Slow Food-members produced Nacional cocoa, Huehuetengo coffee, Mananara vanilla. Pairings of coffee and chocolate, Italian wines and chocolate. I’try to be there at least for a day, but it could be very interesting to all of us.
See you there!
There is a link at http://www.slitti.it at the button Link but I am afraid only in Italian.

If you wan’t to translate from Italien to English there is a sticky “Free Language Translation” in this forum (Chocolate shows, salons and events). A text or a weblink can be translated.
Claudio Corallo from Sao Tomè and Principe is on the exhibitors list. He grows both cocoa and coffe. Pralus makes a Claudio Corallo bar.

There’s an English option on Slitti’s site, btw. It’s in the dead center of the site, along with a German option as well; you can’t miss it. Slitti’s site, that is.

That’s true about the Slitti website but the Cioccolosita website is only in Italian.
