OfflineL’artisan are a london based chocolatier that mainly produce fine chocolates from origin or cru couverture, the bars are a sideline really. The chocolate is not made by them, but specially bought in from bigger producers like Valrhona, so you might find the same chocolate elsewhere used by different chocolatiers. If I find anyone in the US using them, I’ll let you know.

OfflineI just read about the chocolate/honey chocolates. That’s something that I’ve played around with as well, though mine were more of a honey filled ganache. Plus, I didn’t use such fresh, high quality honey as they did. I used pretty strong chocolate, so you get the bitterness, then the honey inside calms it a bit. Pretty interesting.
I’m interested in Rococo’s cardamom white as well. That’s one of my favorite spices and I try to incorporate it into different things. In fact, I made spiced truffles which included it.
