I am pleased to confirm that this year's conference will be held on Monday 11th September at the Slattery Conference Centre in Manchester. Like last year, the conference will focus on the commercial issues facing artisan chocolatiers in the UK, and provide a brilliant opportunity to get together and ‘talk shop’.
This year's speakers include:

Is there any way that you could tell us what each speaker will be discussing? Since they all have different areas of expertise, it would be good to know what subjects they will be speaking about.
We are currently finalising the details and will post them as soon as possible. The purpose of the conference is to inspire and motivate chocolatiers in the UK with fresh ideas, predominantly in the areas of business development & marketing - so the practical element is limited to one session.
