Does anyone know about small business chocolatiers or pastelarias in Madrid or Barcelona? I know some of the big names of course, Rovira, Ludomar, Chocovic…. but I am pretty sure that there are other good chocolatiers in Barcelona or Madrid which are not distributed worldwide.
