OfflineI founded our company in 2003 along with Emily. Our passion was selecting fantastic couverture and making fresh truffles to sell at farmers markets.
Emily brought her love of food and fresh ingredients to the chocolate we were making and we developed wild and classic colllections in fabulous flavours using Michel Cluizel couverture from 60-99%. We started supplying these solid bars, discs and lollipops to specialist shops throughout Ireland as well as to our loyal band of Limerick fine chocolate converts (Limerick children are now some of the best in the world at identifying country of origin if not estate!)
We are now starting export to the UK and i wondered if anyone had any suggestions of places to approach where owners and customers care about the chocolate they buy and eat. I am supplying The Chocolate Gourmet in Shropshire, Gill Wing Chocolate Shop in Islington, Mortimer and Bennett in London, Love Saves the Day, The Cheese Hamlet and Battery park in Manchester.
It would be much appreciated! If you are ever in Ireland (near Limerick) give us a ring and come and visit!
All the best

OfflineGood to see you using Cluizel – not enough people do. Do you use it for all your products?
