As you may know I am engaged in the Fine and Flavour Cacao production business in my area (Central America) and I would like to start exchange with chocolatiers and chocolate experts from France and Italy.
Can you advice who you'd talk to regarding great chocolate making?
I been adviced about talking to people like Chloe Doutré-Roussel and the makers of Le ‘artisan du chocolat...How can I contact them?
