I was looking at a Fudge Recipe and it called for a cup of Half and Half, I don’t have a clue what this is can anyone help?

it’s a product that’s 1/2 whole milk, 1/2 heavy cream. if it’s not commercially available where you reside, you can make your own easily by blending..
