Hi there,
Not been around for the last week as I have finally opened my own chocolate shop!! Just using Callebaut to make moulded shapes and truffles. We opened on Thursday after getting the keys the previous friday so its been a crazy week trying to get everything ready for the opening. We are just off a square with a Town Hall in it and everyone on the square is talking about us!! Can’t quite believe it!
