Welcome everyone to the new catagory for chocolatiers, professionals and home chefs.

There’s quite a community of you all on the Seventypercent forum, so we thought you deserved your own section, which will help keep things clearer and more organised.

As this category grows, it does need looking after you. So we’re hoping one or two regular posters about working with chocolate can volunteer to be moderators. This shouldn’t mean too much work, it’s just about housekeeping – occasionally splitting topics or moving them to the right place. Once in a while, you might have to step in and sort out some disagreements or out of order postings, but this doesn’t happen very often.

This is your community and a great resource, so please do step up and help keep it running smoothly.
