Hi
I need to get a tempering machine asap. I was looking at the Keychoc mm15 and mm30 machines. They are cheaper than Prefamac, but most people seem to go to prefamac? I was wondering if anyone has views/experience on the best one to get as it is a big investment. The wheels look like they are made of different material too, any views?

Also – can you leave the big 30kg machines on overnight?

If anyone knows of a good new price or second hand machine please get in touch, I get the feeling I’ll be drowing in a chocolate river if I don’t get this sorted by September!!!!

Thank you!!

Hi ChocHeart

Just thought I’d mention that we have a very special offer on the SELMI COLOR continuous tempering machine which normally sells for just under 10,000 euros – and which we are offering at £6,000 plus VAT. This is an amazing piece of equipment that incorporates a dosing facility and a heated vibrating table.

You can find full details here:

Hi Michael

Thanks for getting back to me and highlighting the offer on the Selmi. I had a look at that before, however I think at this point the Prefamac gives me the lower entry cost and later flexibility that I need. If/when! we grow then the Selmi might be something I would consider.

I do check your site quite regularly, so no worries!!

Kindest Regards

Emma
