I just ordered and received a catalog from PCB. I have some questions on their products so I wrote to them twice by email. It have been already a week and I still haven’t received any reply from them.
Since I don’t know French so I wrote in English. Is it a problem?
Do you guys have any experience deal with this company? I want to order their products for my business. I just wonder why I couldn’t get any reply from them.

Good company. I think we sometimes assume that all emails go through 100% – that’s not always the case, so a good ol’ fashioned phone call sometimes works better. You can likely order their products from a number of distributors as well, although I’ve not looked to find out who they might be..
