Hi all,
Just wanted to let you know that I’m selling a next to new Matfer 015 chocolate dipping machine its capacity is 10 kgs, it is the bain marie model not the air heated. The current is 4,2A/230V its is built entirely of stainless steel and weighs 6.9Kgs. The machine is in perfect condition and has been used about 3 times but its capacity is far too large for the yields I produce(An unresearched birthday present!). It was purchased directly from the M.O.R.A shop in Paris. I thought I’d give you guys first dibs before I put it on ebay as I know how difficult it can be to find good quality second hand chocolate machinery and tools.
