OfflineHi All,
Any ideas on small-ish machines suitable for grinding sugar to powder before I add it to the conch when making chocolate? At present I am using a domestic Kenwood which is fine when you have half an hour to spare to grind a kilo but won’t work when I’m making bigger batches.
Ideally a machine could do a kilo or two at a time.
