I wonder in the old days when there was no guitar cutter, how did the chocolatiers cut their praline/caramel? How can we do that without a guitar cutter when someone like me couldn’t afford to buy one?

I would appreciate someone here could give me some advice. Thx in advance.

……in the old days labour was a lot cheaper….in fact in countrys such as Switzerland and Belgium young people paid the master-confectioner to teach them during their appenticeship. Everything was cut by hand..
