I’m looking at buying the 33lb tempering machine from Mol d’art, but never used one before. The machine is less than a year old and I can get it for about $1600 US. Is that a good deal or should I pass on the machine. Also, if anyone has ever used one, cn you tell me the good and bad. Thanks
