Hello there – has anyone ever used a keychoc MM08 for tempering chocolate? Is it any good, easy to use, easy to clean etc, and has anyone experienced any problems with one before? I’m thinking about buying one,

Thanks!

Trish

There is no such thing as a chocolate reject – if you can fit it in your mouth, it wont be rejected!!

trickypool…please look at my answer to your article before.

Try Keylink CH series (is that the same as the MM series?)if you are just starting out…CH08 =8kg

Once you have your pre-crystallised chocolate in there….before it runs out…top it up with warm melted chocolate like the Canadian confectioner told you to on the other article.
