Virtually new Matfer Choco 15R stainless steel chocolate-melting machine with digital thermostat. Will melt and hold more than 20# of chocolate. Very precise temperature control, within 0.5 degrees Celcius. While not a tempering machine, this melter will hold chocolate to the precise temperatures needed for tempering. Especially useful for those who temper chocolate using slab method or seeding method of tempering. Also, speeds up machine-tempering by pre-warming chocolate. Includes operation manual.
