A loose mold in your size will be a bit difficult I guess, as the companies that make mould like this look at factories, or maybe you do not mind to make 500 chocolate bars at once?

Where are you located? If you are in North America there are plenty of suppliers. A big supplier is chocolat-chocolat out of Montreal.
