i am opening a small hand crafted chocolate shop, producing truffles, pralines and all manner of bars and dipped produce. with so many members in this club i was wondering if you have any little pears of wisdom, and contacts to any intresting supplier of high quaity nuts, chocolate and packaging. thanks for your help.

There have been quite a few threads discussing various topics for chocolate shops (such as suppliers, equipment, setup, packaging etc) which a quick search of the forum will turn up.
