This is a barely used Revolation X 3210 chocolate tempering machine made by Chocovision. Includes: Bowl, Baffle, Knobs and Scraper. The running features include a digital display, Manual Temperature Adjustment, Bowl Pausing and Standby Mode. It tempers a minimum of three, and a maximum of ten pounds of chocolate in about an hour. Makes beautiful finished chocolates! It’s been a great machine but we just don’t have a use for it anymore. [|)]

I do have pics.
I have not had any problems with the machine at all.
I don’t have the manual or plastic cover, however.
I think you could purchase these both if you needed them. I haven’t needed the cover. I am sorry, with 2 small kids its hard to keep up with the little things. The machine is 2 years old, but has only been in use for about 1 of those, due to not having the time. I ran it just 2 weeks ago and gave it a good run, I produced about 200 finished chocolates. I can send you the pics to your email if you are interested. I am listing the machine for $1,100, but am willing to discuss any reasonable offers. Thank you again for your interest.
