Hi, i am trying to find a chocolate tempering machine that uses a vertically rotating wheel to agitate the molten chocolate, and which has a scoop at the top of the wheel that allows the chocolate to pour back into the reservoir, or to direct a stream of chocolate over strawberries on a stick, or into a bowl.

A company in America – Bakon – make something of this nature, but I really want one which is the same design used by the Brazilian franchise company: Showcolate.


Can anyone help me, please?
