Where can I get things like stainless steel prep tables, racking to store moulds, refrigerators, etc. Any advice on what the basicsI will need for my new shop and what is unnecessary.I already have loads of moulds, scrapers, etc, as I work from home, but we are planning to open a chocolate shop/chocolate cooking school upstairs/coffee shop. Any help would be appreciated. Also are we able to have an area on the shop floor that we can demo choc skills that is not behind a glass viewing area?I live in the East Midlands, UK!

The best place for kitchen equipment is the auction.I was at one locally last week and they are also holding one soon fairly close to your area (Lichfield). If I remember correctly I think it’s the contents of nursing homes, so lots of SS tables, robot coupes, shelving etc.from their kitchens. You might even pick up tables and chairs.
You can check out the lots (and even bid) online.

The website is http://www.hilditchauctions.co.uk

good luck!

Auction sounds like the best plan, but I found a couple of places on the net whilst searching for other items I needed:
Hope it works out!
